Your specific requirements present no obstacle for us. We make special gratings of atypical shapes and dimensions. We can fabricate for you gratings with bevelling or recesses for pipe and other lines. We will gladly meet your non-standard requirements.
Are you looking for the best possible material for handrails, balcony panels, ceilings or facade systems for your construction work? Try our aluminium gratings. They might be your preference as they are lighter than steel gratings.
Aluminium gratings are only made to order. We use pressure-locked aluminium alloy, ENAW 5754, with load-bearing bars 25 x 2 to 40 x 3 mm and cross bars 10 x 2 mm. The standard mesh is 33 x 33 mm, but we are ready to fabricate meshes to your desire. Gratings are supplied pickled or with surface protected by chromium plating together with powder film coating.
Gratings from Corten offer an interesting deign element and are also attractive for their low price. On top of that, the material does not require any special treatment and when used outdoors, the surface will oxidise and acquire patina. No deep corrosion occurs.
Corten gratings are only made to order, pressure-locked and furnished with load-bearing bars 25 x 2 to 40 x 3 mm and cross bars 10 x 2 mm, in a variety of meshes.
Expanded gratings for flooring from composite materials are very light, rigid and flexible. Their advantage is almost zero maintenance requirements, unlimited service life and excellent corrosion resistance. They are suitable for walkway areas, platforms, ramps and stairways and can be used in chemical, food or power industries or at farms

We have a great variety of production tools to help us readily accommodate to all your requirements. If none of our tools is good for you, we will make a new one in our tool shop as needed.
